Who’s that Girl?

I was browsing youtube today, searching for any new video people might have posted of us performing, when to my surprise I found this very nice video using one of our songs, Headlights (in my rearview Mirror).

Apparently this “LONELY GIRL” made the video to spite her boyfriend for breaking up. Well all I can say is that with those attributes you won’t be lonely for long, girl.

Enjoy

Anti Drinking Campaign

This poster was sent to me by a good friend of mine.

It’s a 1919 anti-drinking poster.

Would you have quit drinking if you came across this poster?

I ain\'t kissing those lips!!!

Xarabank tonight (NOT)

Like it or not, we all know about this TV programme, and most of us have watched it, either as a whole or as stolen snippets in between stuff

I have been invited to perform a couple of songs, well 1 minute bits actually, in today’s programme.

I feel no particular sentiment for Xarabank, however, since this is the most watched programme on local TV, I think that it hits a nerve or something in our nation’s TV watchers.

Well, hope you enjoy my rendition of White Lion’s When the Children Cry and a tiny bit of our own Room 7 which should open tonight’s episode.

If I manage to capture them or if Where’s Everybody posts my performance on youtube I will add them here for your enjoyment…LOL

Save the Zebra

Scream Daisy @ Play Rock

Last Saturday we had a gig in Paceville at Play Rock. I had innocently designed the above flyer, not because I particulary love zebras, just because the black and white stripes seemed to match the pink background in my eyes.

A good friend of ours, Adi, decided that the remaining flyers should be used for a  more noble cause and we ended up going through Paceville handing out flyers and shouting “SAVE THE ZEBRA”.

Who knows maybe we managed to get our point through to some people but I doubt that at 2.ooam anyone really knew what was happening…LOL

Anyways had a great laugh after a great gig.

Welcome (4)

Hi everyone

I would like to welcome everyone to Scream Daisy’s new blog. Well this is my third or fourth attempt to start a blog.

Somehow, probably has to do with me being a Virgo, I never manage to get past the first couple of weeks writing my thoughts, random or otherwise.

Hope you enjoy and bookmark this page.
